NEW MEDITATION CLASSES!

Check out our new meditation instructor, Linda Bui!

She is offering a beginners guide to meditation program for the month of June happening every Sunday at 10am. Each session will include 10-15 minutes of guided meditations as well as some exercises to continue with them after each class. As this is a four week program (once a week), Linda encourages everyone to keep up with the exercises to increase our awareness to our surroundings and sources of stress. The 4 week program happens every Sunday starting June 6th at 10am with each class lasting about an hour. For the last class, she will offer an extra hour of group reiki healing from our intuitive healer, Tanya.

If you are unsure of committing for a 4 week program, check out her FREE meditation class offered at the end of this month as a trial to see if this is something you would like. This will be an introduction in what you can expect for the 4 week program.

Remember, this is an introduction to meditation for those who have never done before. Meditation is a great tool to use in moments of high stress or total body healing. Even for those who are curious about their spiritual journeys, this is a great way to start.
