Yes! There is free 1 hour customer parking located off of Boundary st at the side of the building.

+ Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The ramp is located inside the gated customer parking lot located just off of Boundary st. If you require the ramp, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can open the gate for you.

+ Is your clinic pet-friendly? What if I have allergies?

Yes, our clinic is pet-friendly. If you have any allergies, please notify us in advance so we can make accommodations and ensure your comfort.

+ What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and Interac e-transfers.

+ Do you take insurance coverage?

+ What is your cancellation policy?

If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your booking. You will be charged the full service fee if cancellations/rescheduling is made within 24 hours of your original appointment time.
