Clinic Accessibility

+ Where is The Clinic?

We are located at 3701 Hastings St., Suite 220. We are located above Hiro Sushi. The entrance to the unit is located to the left of Hiro Sushi.

+ Is there visitor parking on-site?

Yes! There is free visitor parking located at the back of the building. The entrance to the lot is located off boundary road.

+ Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The ramp is located inside the gated customer parking lot. If you require the ramp, please let us know ahead of your arrival so we can open the gate for you.

+ Is your clinic pet-friendly? What if I have allergies?

Yes, our clinic is pet-friendly. If you have any allergies, please notify us in advance so we can make accommodations and ensure your comfort.

+ How do I Book an Appointment?

+ What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and Interac e-transfers.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your booking. You will be charged the full service fee if cancellations/rescheduling is made within 24 hours of your original appointment time.

+ What is your privacy policy?

We, at Zen Active Therapy, are comitted to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. As we do collect, use, and disclose some personal information about our patients, protecting our clients' personal information is our top priority.

Insurance Coverage

+ What Private Insurance Coverages Do You Accept?

We are not able to direct bill any insurance companies - we provide a receipt upon payment for all patients to submit on their own.

+ Do You Take MSP/Disability Coverage?

Unfortunately, we do not accept MSP/Disability coverage at this time.

+ Do You Accept ICBC Claims?

Yes, our clinic has clinicians who can treat ICBC patients. ICBC covers up to 12 visits within the first 12 weeks of the date of the accident causing the injury. If more treatments are needed you will need to ask your GP for another referral. However, we do not direct bill ICBC, we only provide charting per treatment and treatment plans.
