Our Response to COVID-19

Hello All,

As we will be opening our doors soon, we just wanted to inform all of our patients about the new safety measures we have implemented to ensure everyone’s safety.

Safety protocols:

  1. All clinicians and staff members will be wearing masks. We also ask all patients to wear masks while inside the clinic. A mask will be provided free of charge to patients who do not have one on them.

  2. We are limiting the number of patients in the clinic. To maintain social distancing, only 3 people will be allowed in the clinic at a time.

  3. We have increased the frequency of cleaning at our clinic. Doorknobs and other high-touch surfaces are sanitized after every patient who enters and leaves the clinic.

  4. If you are feeling ill or unwell, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will gladly waive our cancellation fee for illness related cancellations.

New policies:

  1. Travel Policy: We are currently recommending that all patients refrain from coming to the clinic for 14 days after they have travelled outside of BC or have been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of BC in the last 14 days.

  2. COVID-19 Waiver and Consent: Upon entrance to the clinic you will be required to sanitize your hands. You will also be required to read and sign our Waiver and Consent form.

  3. Janeapp offers contactless payment by accepting credit card information on file - You will be prompted to add this information in your account upon signing up if comfortable.
